Panic disorder is characterized by severe anxiety, panic attacks recurring. May also behavioral changes that are important for at least a month and always worrying about the implications or concerns about other attacks. This is called anticipatory attack (DSM-IVR). Panic disorder with agoraphobia is not the same, although many suffer from panic disorder with agoraphobia.

SYMPTOMS

Suffering from panic disorder usually have a series of very intense episode of anxiety during panic attacks. The attacks typically last about ten minutes, but can be as short as 1-5 months of life and during the last twenty minutes or until medical intervention. However, attacks can wax and wane for a period of time (panic attack rolling into one another), and intensity and symptoms of panic in May change over time. The symptoms, which include rapid heartbeat, sweating, dizziness, dyspnea, tremors, uncontrollable fear, hyperventilation, etc., some people respond to these events regularly, sometimes every week or every day. The symptoms of a panic attack often cause negative social experiences (ie embarrassment, social stigmatization, social isolation, etc.). Occurrence

Panic disorder is a serious health problem in many cases can be successfully treated, although there is no known cure. This attack is usually at the beginning of the adult, about half of all people who panic disorder develop the condition before age 24, especially if the person has been exposed to traumatic experiences. However, some sources said that most young people are exposed for the first time, are aged between 25 and 30. Women are twice in May than men to develop panic disorder.
