Symptoms

* Damage of eyes caused by diabetes – diabetes with a good escort and go with the laser treatment

Prevention

* Diabetes – early screening and optimal treatment to control diabetes before become worse
* High pressure within the eyeball (glaucoma) – Early screening for patient who have a family history

* Assessment and advice by physiotherapist and occupational therapist

So, today I will share with you some tips on how to clean your contact lenses .

Fisrt, You need to prepare a small amount of baking soda and put it into your hand palm.

After that, mix the baking soda with your saline or contact lense solution. Adjust your mixture by adding baking soda when it is to runny.

Now, put your contct lens into that mixture . And by using your finger, gently massage that contact lens towards the mixture just now for a few seconds, & if necessary repeat that steps again ( use this step when you want to clean your contact lens with solution). Repeat this step when you want to clean to other side of the lens.

Lastly, carefully rinse your contact lens with the saline or contact lens solution. So, now your contact lens are clean .
